For Tobin's Third Birthday

       It is known far and wide
         You would all agree
     Tobin's come up in the world
         At the age of three.

     Tobin's climbed a fire truck
        Built the "yego" wheels
       His cars never run amuck
      Watch out, you, Oldsmobiles!

     For Tobin's birthday record
    He loves dabbling on a keyboard.
     "Somewhere over the rainbow,"
   Tobin plus a ukulele, a variety show.

      But his creative imagination
   Lately has met with an innovation.
      Tobin's baby brother tidings
      Brought the real exaltation!

    Lovingly tucking Oliver in his cot
     Cheerfully bringing him a rattle
  It's no wonder how this boisterous pal
      Could be oh so very gentle!

   May this birthday and the coming year
    Bring Tobin laughter, love, and joy
       Mango, apple, grapes and pear
     For the ever stronger growing boy.
